Our Certified Agile Skills – Scaling1 (CAS-S1) two-day interactive online training class will lead you through what is Scaling, why you need it, what are the challenges, and how do you Scale.
You will learn about observing patterns and designing scaffolds to deal with temporary patterns. Scaffolding is an integral part of Scaling which is often missed or overlooked.
You will also learn about how patterns relate to frameworks. You will additionally learn how patterns and framework apply to different types of organizations.
As you move in your role as a Agile Transformation Coach, you will need to be aware of common challenges and how work through and overcome these challenges. The course will provide insights into this.
Scaling means change and as an Agile Transformation Coach you will learn about how to manage organizational change. You will also learn about how to be Agile in adopting Agile. This is the key to success of any Agile adoption.
