Our Self-paced Advanced Scrum Master Certification interactive online training will help you deepen your understanding of the Scrum Master’s role without having to take out two days at a stretch from your filled up schedule. March ahead on your Scrum journey and gain in-depth knowledge of how to progress as a Scrum Master!
There are 18 self-paced video-based lessons in the training. You will need 12-18 hours based on your pace and have one year to complete. Upon completing the lessons, you will sign-up for a live session with our trainer. Upon completing the live session, you will be registered with Scrum Alliance. This will endorse that you completed the learning objectives for the class. You will also need to establish one year of experience on your Scrum Alliance dashboard. Once you have added your experience, Scrum Alliance will add A-CSM certification for you on your dashboard.
As you move ahead in your role as a Scrum Master, you get to launch new Scrum Teams. When launching new teams, you need to ensure that the team has what it needs to get started. As an advanced Scrum Master you will coach the team in concepts and development practices like Code Reviews, shared code ownership, pair programming etc. Not only are you a Scrum coach for your team but you are also a one-stop-coach for the management as well as Product Owner. With our advanced Scrum Master training, we teach you how to be the ultimate Scrum authority.
Our trainers have implemented Scrum principles in Fortune 5-500 companies. As a result, they share many real-world examples during class, which you can implement the very next day at work, or even in personal life. In addition, you also practice Scrum fundamentals in class, in collaboration with other participants. Besides you also learn from experiences and stories of other participants. There is no test for Advanced Scrum Master Certification, however our trainers will make sure that you actively participate in the class and gain necessary knowledge to achieve the learning objectives of the class.
